Decision Base is an intensive two-day simulation that give participant the opportunity to manage their own company over a simulated 10-year period. Participant compete in team for customer, market and profit. They make decision in manufacturing, ale , marketing finance, product development and then experience the effect of their own strategic and financial decision .

Like all Celemi learning processes, Decision Base allow participant to learn from their own experience . Over the course of the simulation, participant learn how money flow through a company; how vital good liquidity planning and thorough investment planning are to the overall operation of the company; how closely, tied R&D, marketing and ale are to each other. In short, how action taken in one part of a company impact operation in the other.

The simulation conclude with a final action phase entitled "Your Own Company," where newly learned u concept and knowledge are considered and applied to each participant' job responsibilities and/or business unit in order to create a specific action plan for improvement. Decision Base is a guide to business economics, a competition in business strategy and a lesson in decision making.
