LivonTM - cultivating a market niche.

A Livon seminar provides participants with the most effective learning experience: they learn by doing, taking part in a simulated struggle for market share between local outlets of four highly competitive companies. By starting with an examination of the assumptions that guide consumer behavior, participants learn to identify and deal with factors that are critical to success in the marketplace. At the same time, they get hands-on experience in identifying customers and competitors, in strategic market positioning, resource utilization, advertising and promotion planning, and pricing.

Here is where the unique appeal of a Celemi seminar is demonstrated: participants immediately recognize parallel opportunities within their own actual areas of operation (the “Aha!” factor), and the excitement builds as they anticipate making these lessons work for their company when the seminar is over.
