CayenneTM - secure project success
CayenneTM is one day project simulation designed for the entire team, not just project managers. Ideally its used at the kick start of a project. Celemi Cayenne prepares people for the challenges of project work and changing project conditions during the entire project process in order to know beforehand what you otherwise inevitably will discover in hindsight.
During the simulation, teams of 3-4 people monitor and manage a project. The participants are challenged by problems and events in the different project phases. They decide how to best use limited resources to achieve their objectives. The performance of the teams is monitored on a range of key performance measures. There are discussions connecting to the participants reality throughout the simulation.
After the simulation, the participants discuss their own projects. They prepare themselves and assess their project conditions in terms of leadership, alignment, teamwork and strategy etc.

The program is not a bout project administration: project planning, budgeting, resource allocation etc. However it will help to identify and address typical challenges in project management as well as develop project culture in the organizations.
