TangoTM - business from knownledge

In order to get all members of your organization pulling in a new direction, they must be given a new model. That’s what Tango™ provides in just two days. During the simulation, teams of participants run their own knowledge company and compete for key customers and key personnel.

Tango™ is hands on model that clarifies the business logic behind the knowledge organization and defines the specific factors which enhance profitability. These include familiar tangible factors such as pricing and capacity, as well as critical intangible factors, such as image, know-how, personal chemistry and individual competence.

Tango™ participants see how these intangible factors are directly linked to financial results, . and learn practical strategies to manage them. Tango™ helps people to create a common vocabulary to identify, discuss and manage the intangible assets in their own company.

Like all Celemi simulations, Tango™ mirrors the real world. Participants are pitted against other companies who are constantly trying to steal the most valued employees and clients. Participants also test new ideas and see how they affect their company. They learn by doing as they choose their business strategy and then manage their tangible and intangible assets for long-term financial success.

Business simulations

The seminar is concluded with Tango Nexstep™ exercise. Participants can use their new knowledge, skills and language to take full advantage of their own company’s intangible assets, and can begin to apply their simulated experience to their own workplace simulations.

As our one client puts it:

"We found 'that we could identify and manage the highly critical success factors in a knowledge company and actually quantify the results of our decisions. It was a great learning laboratory which has had a very positive impact on our business management."
